Professional Surf Coaching for Beginners, Improvers & Intermediates for 20 Years! At Escape Surf School, we teach Surfing – nothing else! As well as being one of the longest running UK Surf Schools we are the only Surf School in Newquay to boast not one, but two ex-professional Surfers on the full time coaching team: Head Coach Mike Young & Senior Coach Reubin Pearce.

We teach all levels of surfing, every day, all year round, from Beginners who have never surfed before, Improvers, who are looking to progress from the white water, through to Intermediate & Advanced surfers, looking to improve technique & gain skills.

We also run surf weekends throughout the year, with a focus on technical performance & skills. Our facilities are awesome with heated, secure changing rooms, hot showers, and a bar / restaurant with the best view in Newquay!
