Perched on the clifftop at The Headland Hotel & Spa, the Headland AquaClub is anything but ordinary. Described as the soul of the clifftop, it’s a vibrant, energetic space where wellness meets fun. With the Atlantic as its backdrop, this is a place of movement, laughter and life, where swimming, socialising and soaking up the atmosphere come together.

Forget hushed corridors, the AquaClub is the beating heart of The Headland. From the splash and excitement of the family pools to relaxed swims with sea views, it’s wellness with the volume turned up.
Open daily from 8am – 8pm, with dedicated adults-only sessions from 8–9am and 7–8pm, there’s space for both lively family time and peaceful moments to reset.
Swim & Dine
At the AquaClub, it’s all about Swim & Dine. Dive into the blue, then head straight to The Deck at The Headland for wood-fired pizzas, Mediterranean plates and a vibrant, sociable atmosphere.
From breakfast through to dinner, it’s a seamless mix of relaxation, refuelling and coastal energy, perfectly capturing the spirit of Newquay.
