A Passion for Seafood and Surf Culture
Head Chef and co-owner Paul Harwood has lived in Cornwall for over 30 years and has a lifelong passion for cooking seafood. He spent 14 years working with renowned chef Rick Stein in nearby Padstow, developing the skills and knowledge that shape the restaurant’s approach to seafood today.
Today, The Fish House Fistral is recognised among the best seafood restaurants in the county and is proudly featured in the Michelin Guide with a Michelin Plate.
