Sprout Run & Coffee Morning

Join us for the monthly 4.5K group run taking in a scenic loop of Fistral Beach via the coast path, followed by hot drinks, tasty snacks, and plenty of cheer in the Sprout courtyard.

NEW FAMILY OPTION!

For families who don’t want to miss out, there’s now a 2.2km group run suitable for kids and parents. All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Only one registration per family is required.
