The Swamp Stomp String Band are a travelling band, consisting of twangy banjos, thudding double bass, gritty guitars, driving drums and a flat pack honky-tonk piano – playing rambunctious, up-tempo, old-time music infused with Bluegrass, Country, Americana, and anything else you might find pouring out of a beer (or cider) soaked, roadside dive-bar!
Taking ‘DIY’ band to the extreme; self-recording, promoting and releasing their own original music – expect a rough and rowdy, boisterous and bawdy, theatrically extravagant performance that makes you want to stamp your feet and get up for a dance!
