The Swim – 500m Open Water
Kick things off at Towan Beach with a 500m sea swim:
- 250m out to the buoy
- 250m back to shore
The Run – 5km Through Newquay
Head out on a scenic 5km loop through town, taking in some of Newquay’s most iconic landmarks before powering to the finish line at Killacourt.
Event key details
All participants must be confident open-water swimmers.
You must be able to safely complete a 500m sea swim and a 5km run.
