Surf & Turf: Engine Room
Surf & Turf: Engine Room is a coastal fitness race in Newquay combining sea, streets and a final machine sprint, with a big finish at the Killacourt.
Competitors will begin with a 400m open-water sea swim before taking on a 4km road run across the beach and through Newquay. The final challenge is a choice of either a 500m Ski Erg or 600m Row, followed by a sprint to the finish line.
Designed to be short, intense and spectator-friendly, Engine Room offers a unique coastal fitness challenge for those looking to test themselves in the heart of Newquay.
