Spring has sprung in Newquay, Cornwall; we’re shaking off the cold of the winter and stepping out into the sunshine!

Newquay Zoo offers an interactive and educational experience for people of all ages. Keep an eye out for the Easter Hare!

Blue Reef Aquarium is a brilliant underwater adventure! You’ll encounter fascinating sea creatures, from sharks to sea turtles. Why not take part in their Great Eggsplorer trail and uncover the origin of the ocean’s eggs? Don’t miss out on their Easter Craft Day, taking place on April 18th, with arts & crafts and face painting.

If you’re looking for something more relaxed, check out one of the many mini-golf courses around Newquay, perfect for a fun-filled afternoon with the family. Trenance and Rosa offer beautiful outdoor courses, or if the weather takes a turn, check out Pirate’s Quest Adventure Golf for an indoor golf adventure.

Newquay Town Council will be running an Easter Golden Rock Hunt and an Easter Trail! Visit the Tourist Information Centre to collect your sheet! The Council’s Easter Community Fun Day will take place on Saturday 19th April, where children can take part in an Easter egg hunt and trail, with a chocolate egg and prize for every child. There will be a children’s disco by the Bandstand, garden games and small fairground rides (free for your little ones!).

Enjoy Newquay’s Nightlife

Newquay has a booming live music scene – why not make the most of the music on offer this Easter? Project Eighty Three, The Red Lion and Dead Famous all offer regular live music. Sailors are hosting a family-friendly rave on Saturday 19th!

Walkabout, Belushis and The Fort Inn are great spots to refresh yourselves and take in a sea-view.
